The Best Butter Cookies

There is nothing better than a warm and buttery, with a hint of vanilla, scent in the house while baking a fresh batch of super soft and crumbly cookies. Those delicious treats are super easy to make and full of heart-warming flavours.

This kind of recipes is as old as the world we live on – almost. Think about it, simplest recipe. Flour, sugar, egg and butter. You know it will be good, especially if the proportion of butter is close to the proportion of flour. There is a key to super buttery delight.

The Best Butter Cookies

Sometimes the simplest recipes are the best ones. There is nowhere we can go wrong and we definitely won’t be upset about the taste. To give them a bit of umpf we will add vanilla sugar and that’s it. Simple as building a flail (that’s what we say in Poland – I don’t know why we have a saying associated with a medieval weapon).

Happy baking! I believe once you try this recipe you will keep coming back to it.
