Creamy Mushroom Pasta
Who does not love a good pasta recipe? Plus, a super quick one and the one that makes you all warm and cosy inside? Well, you came to the right place. Let me tell you that butter, mushrooms and cream go a long way. A simple yet delicious recipe for success. Oh, and don’t forget about parmesan, that’s some extra points there.
This recipe you can make with any kinds of mushrooms. I recommend chestnut or a mix of different types of wild mushrooms when the season is at its peak. For an extra great taste buy your mushrooms from a local farmers’ market or choose organic ones from your supermarket.
Same with pasta. You can use spaghetti, farfalle, or penne. This part is really up to your preferences and everything will work. We, pasta lovers, don’t mind any kind of this carb goodness.
