Start by grating washed cucumber on the grater (you can also use a food processor) in a medium bowl. Place grated cucumber into the cheesecloth and squeeze as much water out as possible. You can also use a sieve for it and press the cucumber with your hand.
Place the cucumber back in the bowl and add yoghurt, chopped dill, lemon juice and mix. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Ready tzatziki serve on the side with meats, wraps or as a dip.
