Hard boil 5 large eggs. Peel them and grate on the small holes of the grater. Add 1 raw egg, breadcrumbs, shredded cheese, and chopped dill. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix all the ingredients well with your hands and start forming medium round cutlets, up to 3 cm thick. You should end up with around 7-8 cutlets.
Preheat your frying pan with 2 tbsp of olive oil. Coat each cutlet in a thin layer of breadcrumbs before placing them in the pan. Fry for 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Enjoy while hot with the side of pickles, sauerkraut salad, or boiled potatoes.
