To make the sauce cut the mango in half around the pit. Seperate the flesh from the skin and place into the jug of a blender (you can also use a hand blender and a blending cup). Pulse the mango until smooth. Add a pinch of chilli flakes and mix it with a spoon.
To assemble, place the yoghurt into two bowls, top it up with the mango sauce, granola and passion fruit. That’s it! Enjoy!
