Using a hand mixer combine the softened butter with sugar, vanilla sugar, and tahini.
Add flour and baking powder, sift through a sieve. Combine to create a smooth dough.
Preheat oven to 170C. Form medium balls from the cookie dough and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for around 13 min until lightly golden.
Transfer onto a serving dish and let cool down completely. Lightly dust with icing sugar. Enjoy.
